Soul Energy Reiki

Reiki has changed my life in positive and incredible ways and I’d like it to do the same for you!

As soon as I started practising, I realised very quickly that Reiki was going to be a major part of my life. I have always been interested in personal growth, spirituality, and realising our potential. From the beginning of my journey, I was lucky enough to learn with top-class teachers and I firmly believe that it was this solid grounding that got my spiritual and healing journey off to such a strong start. 

When I’m not engrossed in my 9-5 job or practising Reiki; I love to explore the neighbouring forests, beaches and far off places, connecting with earth and spirit. I am always planning my next adventure (with Raina my Rottweiler), and love to ignite people with curiosity and love for our beautiful world!

My Qualifications

With a lifelong interest in the human mind, behaviour, self-development and empowerment, I have studied several humanity’s and social sciences at university level. In my 9-5 job I work in the world of marketing and advertising, so my spiritual and holistic practices offer a welcome respite and help me to maintain a healthy work life balance.

I combine the best of my studies and experience with my holistic and healing sessions to offer a unique, mind-body-soul approach to promote relaxation, healing and balance. 

I am an accredited member of the International Association of Therapists.
